When we give in to our appetites, rather than being satisfied, they become monsters that consume us. The book also rightly illustrates that there isn't a special class of awful, terrible people who get involved in the seamy underside of life. Nice, normal people are capable of just about anything when they buy in to the idea that everything is acceptable "as long as no one gets hurt." That idea is at best a mistake, at worst a destructive lie, and Rabid Philanderers, Inc. demonstrates that powerfully -- at times graphically, at times with laugh-out-loud humor, and always with incisive wit. An important message for our times and an entertaining read.

This novel needs some warnings in the description. ..triggers for some folks
Awesome read! Page turner and unexpected twists!
As the novel opens, Williams captures the mixture of thrills and emotional conflicts incumbent in a secret affair. Then, you get to follow the main character down the rabbit hole he jumps into head first when he hires Rabid Philanderers, Inc. Full of twists and suspense, and bawdy moments, this is a great escape!
I absolutely loved this book. The book itself is extremely well-written. It dealt with a very real issue that a lot of people face after many years of marriage with a really cool twist. The book was just graphic enough to force the reader to associate the discomfort one might feel while reading an X-rated piece with the ugliness of cheating, all while not being too graphic as too be distasteful. There wasn't a moment where I wasn't rooting for the main character. Even though he was cheating on his wife, you just knew he wasn't a bad guy. Hes like that nice dude who gets caught up in a bad situation and doesn't know how he got there. Definitely a must read!
